1) Will the Trimco 3911 strike work with my Trimco flush bolts?
It's built for them. The 3911 is made for the Trimco 3800 Series automatic and semi-automatic flush bolts and for Trimco manual flush bolt assemblies. If you're specifying a pair of doors with any of those, this is the matching bottom strike.
2) Can you adjust a dust proof strike after the floor is poured or the threshold is set?
That's the point of the 3911. It ships with a wrench that twists the strike to change its depth, so if the bolt is bottoming out or not engaging deep enough you correct it in place rather than re-drilling. Useful when a threshold height or floor finish came in different from the drawing.
