The Corbin Russwin CL3555-KEYED is a heavy-duty Grade 1 cylindrical lever lock engineered for classroom and institutional security applications. Designed to meet ANSI function F84 (Classroom), this keyed cylindrical lever lock features a deadlocking latchbolt operable by lever from either side, except when the outside lever is locked by key — placing the lever handle in a freewheeling position for enhanced security. Compatible with doors ranging from 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" in thickness and featuring a 2-3/4" backset, the CL3555-KEYED is built from solid cast levers and a steel substrate with zinc dichromate treatment for corrosion resistance. The most common configuration features the NZD Newport lever in a 626 Satin Chrome finish.
