Heavy-Duty Institutional Privacy Mortise Lock for High-Traffic Commercial Applications

The Corbin Russwin ML2069-LL is a Grade 1 Institutional Privacy Mortise Lockbody from the ML2000 Series, engineered to meet the demanding requirements of commercial, institutional, industrial, and government environments. Conforming to ANSI function F26, this lockbody allows latchbolt retraction by grip from either side except when the outside is locked by the thumbturn inside; operating the inside grip or closing the door automatically unlocks the outside grip. Constructed of heavy-gauge steel with a 1" stainless steel deadbolt and Corbin Russwin's patented Quick Reversible latchbolt, the ML2069-LL is designed for 1-3/4" (44mm) door thickness and is field reversible for flexible installation. The auxiliary latch deadlocks the latchbolt for added security, and a key outside retracts the latch at all times, even when the thumbturn is held in the locked position.
