1) Will the Kraloy 078010 coupling join two runs of 4 inch Schedule 40 PVC conduit?
That is exactly what it does. The Kraloy CP40 is a 4 inch PVC coupling, solvent-weld style, made to join two lengths of 4 inch rigid PVC conduit end to end. Both ends are socket, so you need PVC cement to make up the joint.
2) Can I use a 4 inch PVC conduit coupling underground or does it have to stay indoors?
