Delaney Hardware 510108 – Frequently Asked Questions
1) Will the Delaney Denali Euro paper holder match Denali lever and knob hardware in the same room?
It's part of Delaney Hardware's Denali 1100 Series, so it shares the series finish range with the rest of that line: US26 Polished Chrome, US15 Satin Nickel, US4 Satin Brass, US19 Black, and US12P Tuscany Bronze. If the door hardware in the bath was specified from the Denali 1100 Series in one of those five finishes, the paper holder is orderable in the same finish code. Matching by the US code rather than by the finish name is the reliable way to do it across a whole unit or building.
2) Is the Delaney Denali Euro paper holder rated for commercial restrooms or hotel bathrooms?
Delaney lists the Denali 1100 Series Euro paper holder as residential. For a multi-family unit bath, a condo, or a single-family remodel, that's the intended use. For a public or high-traffic commercial restroom, spec a commercial-grade washroom accessory line instead; those are built for the abuse and the vandal resistance that a residential holder is not.
3) What is a Euro style paper holder and how is it different from a standard toilet paper holder?
A Euro paper holder holds the roll on an open post or arm rather than between two posts with a spring-loaded roller. You slide the roll on from the open end, so there's no rod to pop in and out. Property managers often prefer that on turns because there's no loose roller to go missing between tenants. The Delaney Denali version is the Euro type, so plan on that loading style rather than a captive roller.
4) Can I order the Delaney Denali Euro paper holder in a satin brass to match older fixtures?
Yes, US4 Satin Brass is one of the five finishes offered. It's the closest option in the range to older brushed brass bath trim. If the existing trim is bright rather than brushed, US26 Polished Chrome is the only polished option in the line, so a polished brass match isn't available here.
