Deltana ZA2024 Hotel Shelf, ZA Series, 24"

Projection is 9 inches on the ZA2024, with a 1-1/8 inch base size where it meets the wall. In a tight bathroom that 9 inch reach is the number that matters: measure the clearance between the wall you are mounting to and the door swing, vanity edge, or toilet before you commit, because a 24 inch shelf projecting 9 inches takes real space over a lavatory.

Mounting hardware is packed with the ZA2024. What is not included is the anchor for your specific wall: the supplied hardware handles the shelf-to-bracket side, but tile over cement board, plaster, or hollow drywall between studs each need the anchor that suits that substrate. On a hotel or multi-family rollout, plan the anchor by wall type before the crew starts.

Two finishes: Brushed Nickel and Polished Chrome. If you are matching existing washroom trim, brushed nickel blends with satin nickel and brushed stainless faucet lines, and polished chrome matches bright chrome. Ordering both finishes across a property is how you end up with mismatched floors, so pick one per building and stick to it.

It is metal, built from a combination of zinc and aluminum components, and Deltana rates the ZA Series for commercial use. That is a cast/formed metal accessory rather than a plastic or a hollow stamped shell, which is why it turns up in hotel and multi-family washrooms. Aluminum is the listed substrate.

Yes. The ZA2024 is part of Deltana's ZA Bathroom Series, so it is styled and finished to run with the rest of that collection, towel bars, rings, and paper holders included. Order the whole washroom set in the same ZA finish, Brushed Nickel or Polished Chrome, and the room reads as one package instead of a parts bin.

Plan for 24 inches of clear wall run for the ZA2024, that is the nominal shelf size, plus 9 inches of projection out from the finished wall face. The mounting bases are 1-1/8 inch, so on a tiled wall you want the fastener points landing on tile field rather than a grout line or a tile edge where the anchor can crack the face.

Sold each, and the price shown is per unit. If you are outfitting a floor of guest rooms, count one per room and order to that number rather than assuming a case quantity.
