The Detex Storeroom Lever Trim with 09 BHMA Function is engineered to provide secure and controlled access for applications requiring key-controlled entry only. Compatible with 10 Series rim and 20/21/27 Series surface vertical rod exit devices, this wide stile trim features a storeroom function where the outside lever is operable only when the key is inserted, and remains locked when the key is removed.

Built to perform in high-traffic commercial settings, this RHR (Right Hand Reverse) handed trim includes a 9-1/16” x 2-3/4” escutcheon, and uses a Detex "S" style lever for ergonomic handling. Its satin chrome finish (626/US26D) blends well with contemporary commercial or institutional interiors.

The wide escutcheon design allows compatibility with standard door preps and is ideal for facilities requiring robust, vandal-resistant, and field-reversible hardware. The trim includes break-away protection to minimize damage from forced abuse and features a disengaging clutch, allowing the lever to be easily reset after tampering. Anti-microbial coating is optionally available to support hygiene in healthcare and foodservice environments.
