The Detex 12-800 Series is a universal logic controller and power supply designed to manage, control, and power a wide range of electrified hardware including exit alarms, electric locks, delayed egress systems, interlocks, and more. This all-in-one controller delivers reliable logic processing and regulated power—making it ideal for facilities with high-security egress needs or multi-door access control configurations.

With a single unit capable of managing up to two doors, the 12-800 supports both standard egress and interlocking systems. For delayed egress applications, one controller per opening is required. The system is equipped with multiple programmable relays, wet/dry output configurations, labeled terminal blocks, and LED status indicators to streamline installation, troubleshooting, and long-term servicing.

The 12-800 features a pre-wired, UL-listed enclosure with dual voltage output (12/24VDC) and supports battery backup for up to 4 hours of uninterrupted power (batteries sold separately). It is fully compatible with Detex exit hardware and third-party access control systems via dry contact inputs and supports a broad array of life safety code compliance standards, including fire alarm override functionality.
