No. The ECL-2100K is engineered specifically for Detex ECL-230D-PH and ECL-600 exit devices, so it should not be specified over another manufacturer's chassis. The Cal-Royal 9860 is a heavy duty Grade 2 surface vertical rod exit only device and the Delaney 9100 Series is a Grade 1 heavy duty vertical rod device for a 36 by 84 inch door - both are complete devices from different platforms with their own push bar geometry. Protection hardware for those should come from the same manufacturer's accessory line.
6) Do I need to order anything else with the Detex bar guard kit to install it?
The kit ships with the components needed for the bar guard installation itself. Mounting is done to the existing ECL device, so follow the installation instructions for that device when fitting it. No separate trim or strike is involved.
