1) Will Detex DN Series lever trim work on my exit device, or is it only for certain Detex panics?
The DN Series lever trim is built for Detex 40, 50 and 51 Series exit devices in wide stile applications. It is not a universal trim. If your panic is a Sargent 80 Series, a Corbin Russwin ED2200/ED2400 or ED7000, or a Von Duprin 55 Series, you need trim built for that family instead, since exit device trim mounts to the device's own mounting plate and prep.
