The RC10-250A is a 250 Series female quick-disconnect sized for a .250 x .032 inch blade tab, which is the standard 1/4 inch male tab found on contactors, relays, switches and motor terminals. It will not mate with 187 (.187) or 110 series tabs.

Recommended tool is the ERG4001. The terminal is also qualified for the WT145C, WT2000, WT112M, ERG4003 and ERG4001 application tools, so if your electricians already carry one of those in the truck, no new tooling is needed. Nylon-insulated barrels need a tool with the correct nest for insulated terminals, not a bare-terminal die.
4) Are these disconnects rated for 600V motor control and HVAC work?
Rated 600V with a 105 degree C temperature rating, which covers line-voltage motor control, contactor and HVAC blower connections. The nylon insulation carries a UL 94 V-2 flammability rating, and the terminal is UL and CSA listed.
