2) How deep does the concrete need to be for this 3/4 inch drop-in anchor?
Plan the hole around a 2-1/16 inch anchor length, which is the height of the ADI-75. The hole must be drilled at least that deep plus room for drill dust so the anchor seats flush, so a thin topping slab or a deck with shallow cover won't work.
3) Is the ADI-75 stainless or plated steel, and can I use it outdoors or in a wet area?
It's a steel anchor. Steel drop-ins are intended for dry interior concrete; for exterior, wash-down, or corrosive environments specify a stainless anchor instead.
