The B-Line ACS-18-125F is a 1/4 inch by 1-1/4 inch concrete screw, listed with a product diameter of .1875 in. The 1-1/4 inch length is the overall screw length, so your usable embedment into the concrete is that length less the thickness of whatever you are fastening through.

It is a concrete screw, so no expansion shield or plastic anchor is used. You drill a hole in the concrete and drive the screw directly, cutting its own threads in the masonry. That makes it removable and re-usable in a way a wedge anchor is not, which is why electricians favour it for temporary supports and for fastening strut fittings where the layout may change.

Length is the deciding factor here. The ACS-18-125F gives 1-1/4 inches total, so once you subtract the thickness of the strut, clamp or bracket you are fastening, the remaining embedment is what holds. If you are going through anything thicker than light hardware, or need deeper embedment in the slab, step up to a longer screw in the same 1/4 inch diameter rather than using this one.
