1) How does the Flextray cover attach to the basket tray, and do I need clips or hardware?
Attachment is by bend-over tabs formed into the cover itself. You set the cover on the tray and fold the tabs down over the side wires, so no separate clips, bolts or channel hardware are required to hold it. Plan on a pair of pliers or a hand seamer on the run.
2) Is a pre-galvanized Flextray cover OK for outdoor or wet locations?
The finish here is pre-galvanized zinc on steel, which is a dry indoor to mildly damp interior finish.
