The panel itself measures 34 x 34 x .75 inches, which is the usual undersize that lets it sit on the enclosure's internal mounting studs rather than touching the walls. If your enclosure body is a different back size, you need the panel cut for that size instead.
2) How much does a 36 x 36 B-Line mounting panel weigh for a one-man install?
32.94 lb. That is heavy enough that most installers set it with two people or hang it on the top studs first and then start the lower fasteners, especially in a wall-mounted Premier Series box where you are working overhead.
3) Why is the 3636P panel 34 inches square instead of a full 36 inches?
Mounting panels always run smaller than the nominal enclosure size so they clear the enclosure's side walls and seat on the welded mounting studs inside.
