The 3024SF swing-out rack frame is built for 24 inch wide Eaton B-Line Premier series enclosures. It measures 24 inches wide by 30 inches high with a 28 inch length/depth dimension, so the enclosure has to be a 24 inch wide Premier series box with enough interior depth to let the frame swing clear. It is not a universal frame for other enclosure lines.
2) Is the 3024SF rated for a washdown or outdoor enclosure?
The 3024SF carries a NEMA 4 rating and is UL Listed, which is the rating level used for enclosures subject to hosedown, rain, and splashing water. That matches it to NEMA 4 Premier series enclosures so the accessory does not undercut the rating of the box it goes into.
