The 2424PSS4 is a 22 x 22 x 22 inch stainless steel NEMA panel adapter from Eaton's B-Line Premier series accessory line. The 22 inch figures are what the spec data carries for height, width and length/depth, so measure your enclosure's interior mounting space against those before ordering. It goes into standard and Premier series enclosures.

Degree of protection on the 2424PSS4 is NEMA 4, which is the hosedown/water-directed rating, and the part is cUL Listed. Keep in mind that the enclosure itself carries the sealed rating; an internal panel adapter only holds the rating when it is installed in an enclosure rated for the same duty.

Stainless is the choice where the panel sees moisture, cleaning chemicals or corrosive atmosphere: food and beverage, water treatment, coastal and exterior installs. The 2424PSS4 is stainless steel and the mounting foot kit hardware is zinc plated. On dry indoor gear a plated steel panel is normally enough, so the stainless spec is worth paying for only when the environment demands it.

A mounting foot kit is included as part of the 2424PSS4, so the feet needed to stand the adapter off the enclosure back come with it. Zinc plated hardware is what the spec calls out. You still supply your own fasteners for whatever components you land on the panel face.

It comes in at 15.052 lb. That is manageable for one electrician on a floor-mounted or bench enclosure, but at 22 by 22 inches of stainless in an awkward overhead or wall-mounted box, a second set of hands makes seating it on the feet a lot easier.
