The screw is included. The B2009YZN ships with a combination recess hex head machine screw, so you get the fastener that secures the clamp to the strut channel in the same pack. You still supply the strut channel and any channel nut your layout calls for.

Yellow zinc chromate is a plated corrosion-resistant coating over the steel body, which suits dry and normally damp interior work like electrical rooms, mechanical spaces, and covered areas. It is not a hot dip galvanized or stainless part, so for direct outdoor exposure, wash-down, or corrosive process areas, step up to a galvanized or stainless clamp instead.
