B-Line Eaton series strut pipe clamps and accessories, .0966" height, 7.578" length, 1.25" width, 1000 lbs, Steel, Include combination recess hex head

The clamp takes 5/16-18 hardware, and a combination recess hex head machine screw comes with it. That means you can drive it with a hex driver or a recess bit, whichever is already in your hand on the lift. You still supply the strut nut or channel nut if your run needs one.

Rated at 1000 lbs load capacity. That covers most single-pipe and conduit support duty on a strut run, but the real limit on the job is usually the strut span and the anchor into the structure, not the clamp, so size your supports and spacing to the engineer's detail.

It's hot-dipped galvanized steel, which is the finish specified for exterior, damp, and unconditioned spaces such as rooftops, parking structures, and tunnels. Hot-dip gives a heavier zinc coating than electro-plating, so it holds up where a plain or pre-galvanized clamp would start showing rust. Pair it with hot-dipped or stainless strut and hardware so you aren't mixing finishes in the same assembly.

The clamp ships with its 5/16-18 combination recess hex head machine screw, so the fastener that closes the clamp is covered. What it does not include is the strut channel itself, the channel nut or spring nut the screw threads into, and the anchors or rod that hang the strut. On a hot-dipped galvanized run, order those accessories in the same finish.

Order it as Eaton B-Line B2063HDG. The HDG suffix is the hot-dipped galvanized finish, so if a submittal calls out plain or electro-galvanized instead, that's a different suffix in the same B2063 family and not this part.
