The screw is included. Each B2018ZN ships with a combination recess hex head machine screw, so you can drive it with a hex driver or a screwdriver. You still need the strut channel nut to receive it if your strut run is not already fitted out.

3) What material and finish is the B-Line B2018ZN clamp, and can I use it outdoors?
Steel with an electro-plated zinc finish. Electro-plated zinc is a light coating meant for dry indoor and protected service, so for exposed exterior, wash-down, or corrosive areas step up to a hot dip galvanized or stainless clamp instead of the ZN version.
4) Can I use this B-Line clamp on plain pipe as well as electrical conduit?
Yes. The B2018ZN is a strut pipe or conduit clamp, so it holds either, provided the pipe outside diameter matches the clamp size. Strut clamps are sized to OD, so a conduit run and a copper or steel pipe run of the same OD both take the same clamp.
