No. The 12128 SC is a NEMA Type 1 enclosure, which means indoor use only, for protection against dust and incidental contact. Water, rain, hose-down, or corrosive locations need a Type 3R, 4, or 4X box instead. It is UL 50 listed for that Type 1 indoor service.
