No. The 24244 SC NK carries a NEMA Type 1 rating, which is indoor, dry-location only. It gives protection against incidental contact and falling dirt, with no protection against rain, hose-down, dust ingress or oil. For outdoor or wet locations you need a NEMA 3R, 4 or 4X enclosure instead.

Go to a hinged door enclosure instead when the box is accessed regularly for terminations, metering or troubleshooting, since a loose 24 x 24 screw cover is something you have to set down somewhere every time.

The 24244 SC NK is built to UL 50 and comes painted in ANSI 61 grey, the standard light grey used across industrial panelboards and control enclosures, so it will match gear already on the wall in most plants. It is made in the US.
