No. The 303016 SC NK is a NEMA Type 1 enclosure, which is indoor-only protection against incidental contact and falling dirt. It has no gasket rating for water, oil, or dust. For a wet location, damp exterior wall, or a washdown bay you need a Type 3R, 4, or 4X enclosure instead.
