No. The 30244 SC is a NEMA Type 1 enclosure, which is indoor use only, for protection against incidental contact and falling dirt. It gives no protection against rain, hose-down, dust, or corrosive environments. For a wet or outdoor location you need a Type 3R or Type 4 enclosure instead.
