No. The 36246 SC carries a NEMA Type 1 rating, which is indoor, general purpose enclosure protection only. It guards against incidental contact with the enclosed equipment and falling dirt, with no sealing against water, oil, or dust. For a wet location, a rooftop, or anywhere subject to hose-down, you need a gasketed Type 3R, 4, or 4X enclosure instead.

Knockouts are provided: 9 on the sides, 9 on the top, and 9 on the bottom. The back is left solid, so all your conduit entries come in from the perimeter. If your run needs a rear entry or a size the knockouts don't cover, you'll be punching the carbon steel body yourself.

It's a surface mount enclosure with thru holes in the back for fastening straight to the wall or to Unistrut. The fasteners themselves are selected for your substrate (concrete anchors, lags into blocking, strut nuts) and are supplied by the installer, not with the box.
