Hinged is the practical choice on a wall mount, since a loose screw cover is a cover somebody drops.

It is a surface mount box with embossed thru holes in the back pan, so you fasten it directly to the wall or to strut without drilling the enclosure. Because the holes are embossed rather than open flanges, the fasteners pass through the back of the box, so seal around them on an exterior wall. Fasteners and anchors are not included, pick them for your substrate.
