Yes. The 363012 RTSC NK carries a NEMA 3R rating, so it is built for outdoor use where falling rain, sleet and snow are the concern. It ships with a rain hood and a flanged cover to shed water off the door opening. NEMA 3R is not a washdown or dust-tight rating, so if the location sees hose-directed water or heavy airborne dust you want a Type 4 or 12 enclosure instead.
2) What are the box dimensions on the B-Line 363012 junction box?
36 inches high, 30 inches wide, and 12 inches deep. That is the usable body size for laying out terminal blocks, gutters or a subpanel, and the 12 inch depth gives room for wire bending space behind larger lugs. Plan wall space for the rain hood above the door as well.
3) Does this B-Line enclosure come with knockouts, or do I have to drill my own conduit entries?
No knockouts. The RTSC NK is a blank-body enclosure, so every conduit entry gets punched where you want it. For a 3R installation, keep entries in the lower portion or the bottom and use raintight hubs or fittings so you do not compromise the rating.

113.1 pounds empty, and it mounts to the surface through embossed thru holes in the back of the box. At that weight you want fasteners into structure or masonry anchors rated for it, not sheet metal screws into siding, and rig it before you start pulling conduit. The embossed holes keep the mounting hardware out of the wiring space.
5) What gauge steel is the B-Line 363012 RTSC NK, and how is it finished?
