The Eaton B-Line 363612-4XSS63PT is built from 316 stainless steel with a NEMA 4X rating, which is the combination you want for washdown, food processing, and salt air exposure. NEMA 4X covers hosedown, windblown dust and rain, plus corrosion resistance, and 316 stainless adds chloride resistance over 304. The door seals with a seamless poured in-place gasket, so there is no cut-and-butt joint at the corner to leak.

36 inches high by 36 inches wide by 12 inches deep. That 12 inch depth is what decides whether your panel, breakers, and wire bending space fit, so measure your deepest mounted component plus gutter space before committing. The body is 14 gauge steel.
