1) Is the 88120 G wireway rated for outdoor or wet locations?
No. The 88120 G is a NEMA 1 enclosure, which is indoor, dry location only, general purpose protection against incidental contact and falling dirt. It has no gasket, and the cover is held on by plated screws rather than a sealed clamp. For a wet or outdoor run you need a NEMA 3R raintight wireway instead.
2) How does the cover come off on the B-Line 88120 G, screw cover or hinged?
Screw cover. The full length cover is secured with plated screws along the sides, so you remove the screws to open the raceway for pulling or splicing. That's fine for a run you open rarely, but if you expect frequent access, a hinged cover wireway is the faster choice on the job.

Yes. The 88120 G is furnished with 39 knockouts on the top and 39 on the bottom, so conduit can be landed along the length of the run without field drilling in most layouts. Ends and sides are handled with the usual fittings and connectors, which are ordered separately.
