Yes, the Eaton B-Line 101045 L COMBO elbow is sized for 10 inch by 10 inch lay-in wireway, measuring 10 in height, 10 in width and 10 in length/depth. It turns a run 90 degrees. If your trough is 4x4, 6x6, 8x8 or 12x12, you need the elbow built for that cross section instead, since wireway fittings do not adapt between sizes.

No. It is a NEMA Type 1 fitting, which is indoor, general-purpose enclosure protection against incidental contact and falling dirt only. For outdoor, washdown or damp areas you need a NEMA 3R or 4 gasketed wireway elbow, not this one. It is UL Listed.
