1) What size wireway does the B-Line 66 GF end flange fit?
The Eaton B-Line 66 GF end flange is built for 6 inch by 6 inch wireway. It will not adapt a 4x4 or 8x8 run, so match the flange to the trough cross section you're already using.
2) Can I use the 66 GF flange on a NEMA 3R outdoor wireway run?
No. The 66 GF is a NEMA 1 (Type 1) rated fitting, which is indoor, general purpose only, with no rain or dust protection. For an outdoor or wet location run you need Type 3R rated wireway and 3R fittings throughout; mixing a Type 1 flange into a 3R run breaks the rating for the whole enclosure system.
3) What does a wireway end flange actually do on the job?
An end flange closes out the end of a 6x6 wireway run and gives you a bolted flat face for terminating the trough against an enclosure, panel, or box. It's the transition piece at the end of the raceway rather than a coupling between two sections.
4) Will this gray flange match the wireway already installed in my plant?
It's steel with an ANSI 61 gray painted finish, the standard gray used across Eaton B-Line wireway and most commercial electrical enclosures, so it blends with existing ANSI 61 trough and panel work. If your run is a different color or stainless, it won't match.
5) Is the 66 GF one flange or a pack?
The 66 GF is ordered as a single end flange under that part number. A wireway run terminating at both ends needs two.
