No. The 44120 HS is a NEMA 1 enclosure, which is general purpose indoor only, with no gasketing for water or dust. For outdoor runs, exterior walls, or washdown areas you need a NEMA 3R or 4 raintight trough instead. Indoors it carries a CSA C22.2 certification.
2) Does this 10 foot trough have knockouts already, or do I have to punch my own?
It comes with 39 knockouts on the top and 39 on the bottom, so conduit can enter along the length without field punching in most layouts. Side entries or any location off the knockout pattern still need to be cut in the field.
