6) Can I use this block on a 480V three-phase control circuit?
Yes. The voltage rating is 600V, so 480V line-to-line is inside the rating, and each of the twelve poles carries up to 60A. Standard use would be four poles per three-phase run, giving you three separate 480V circuits across the block.
