2) Will an Eaton WMB bracket work on a non-ventilated or encapsulated transformer?
No. The WMB04 and WMB05 brackets are specified for ventilated Type DT-3 transformers on frames FR939, FR940, FR942 and FR944. If your unit is a different construction or frame, the bracket is the wrong part and you need the mounting accessory called out for that transformer's frame.
3) Does the Eaton WMB wall mounting bracket come with the anchors to fasten it to the wall?
