1) What wire size does the Sta-Kon RC364M ring terminal take?
The RC364M is sized for 12-10 AWG copper conductors. The yellow nylon insulation is the standard color code for that range, so a crimper with a yellow die position matches it. Anything smaller (16-14 AWG, blue) will not hold in this barrel.
2) What stud size does this ring terminal fit?
It is a No. 10 ring, so it goes over a #10 screw or stud. It will also pass over a smaller #8 or #6 screw, but you lose contact area under the washer, so match the ring to the stud where you can.
3) Is the RC364M rated for 600 volt control and panel wiring?
