1) Does F4P caution barricade tape come in a bilingual English/Spanish version?
Both. F4P caution barricade tape is ordered by language: an English-only roll and a bilingual roll printed CAUTION / CUIDADO. Pick the bilingual roll for crews or public areas where Spanish speakers need to read the warning without interpretation. Same 3 inch width and 1000 foot roll either way, so the only decision on the order form is the language.
2) Can F4P caution tape be buried over a gas or electrical line and found later with a locator?
No. F4P caution tape is non-detectable, meaning there is no metallic core for a pipe or cable locator to pick up. Above ground it does the job for barricading and restricted areas, but for buried utility marking you need detectable underground warning tape with a metallized foil layer.
3) Does caution barricade tape stick to surfaces, or how do you put it up?
There is no adhesive on it. The polyethylene barricade tape is strung between fixed points, cones, posts, railings, door frames, and tied or wrapped at the ends. That is why a single 1000 foot roll goes a long way on a jobsite: you are spanning openings, not covering surfaces. If you need something that sticks to a floor or a wall, that is aisle marking or hazard tape, not barricade tape.
4) Is caution tape or danger tape the right choice for my work area?
Caution tape, printed CAUTION / CUIDADO in yellow, is the one for a hazard people may pass through with care: an active work zone, a maintenance area, a wet floor, a restricted path. Red danger tape is the convention for a hazard nobody should cross at all. For general construction barricading and restricted-area marking, the yellow caution roll is the standard call.
5) Will F4P caution tape hold up outdoors in rain and wind?
Yes. It is polyethylene, which shrugs off weather and moisture and resists tearing, so it can stay strung on an exterior barricade or a parking area rather than needing replacement after the first storm. Note it is a temporary barricade material, not permanent signage.
6) Is the yellow caution tape available in any other color?
Yellow only. The choice on F4P caution barricade tape is the printed language, English or bilingual English/Spanish, not the color. Yellow with black lettering is the standard caution color and reads at distance in daylight and under work lighting.
