1) Is the Falcon 19-V exit device fire rated for a labeled door opening?
It is not fire rated, so it cannot go on a labeled fire door. For a fire opening in the same surface vertical rod format, ZenSupply carries the Adams Rite 3100 Series, the Arrow S1150, the Sargent 2727, and the TownSteel EF9727. The 19-V is for non-labeled exit openings.
2) Do I have to order the Falcon 19-V handed, or is it reversible in the field?
