The TP50S trim pack is made for Falcon MA Series mortise locks in the MA101, 371, 381, 411, 431, 441, 521, 561, 581, 851 and 881 functions. If the lock body on the door is one of those MA functions, the trim goes on it. An MA function outside that list is not covered by this pack.
2) Will the Falcon TP50S trim work on a 2 inch thick door?
Yes. The TP50S trim covers door thickness from 1-3/8 inches through 2-1/2 inches as standard, so a 2 inch door is inside the range with no special order. It works to a 2-3/4 inch backset, which is the standard commercial mortise backset, so the lock case prep in the door does not change.
3) Do I have to order the Falcon TP50S trim handed for a left hand door?
No. Handing is field reversible. The trim ships right hand as standard with left hand available, and it can be reversed on site, so one part number covers both swings on a run of doors.
4) Will the Falcon MA Series latch reach my existing strike?
