Klein Tools 32287 Flip-Blade Insulated Screwdriver, 2-in-1, Square Bit #1 and #2

Both the handle and the blade carry a 1000-volt insulation rating, and the tool meets or exceeds ASTM F1505. One caveat that matters on the job: the insulated blade only holds that rating when it is used in the Klein insulated handle it came with. Swap a bare blade into it and you no longer have an insulated tool. Inspect before every use and destroy the tool if the orange insulation is cut, gouged, or melted.

It works the other way too: if the handle insulation is damaged, a new blade does not save the tool, the whole assembly comes out of service.

A flip-blade like the 32287 is a two-piece tool, one handle plus one double-ended blade, so you carry #1 and #2 square in the space and 4.1 ounces of a single driver. That is the right call for a service tech working out of a pouch. Fixed insulated drivers are the better call at a bench or on a cart, where nothing is gained by swapping and a locked-in shaft is one less step between you and the screw.
