1) Is the Greenlee 745SP-1-1/2P a complete punch and die set or just the punch?
It's the punch only. The 745SP-1-1/2P is a replacement punch for Greenlee's Speed Punch system, sold to restore worn tooling in a set you already own. If you don't already have the matching die and draw stud, a punch on its own won't make a hole, so order those alongside it.
