1) Is the Greenlee DM-25 rated for work inside a 480V panel or distribution board?
The DM-25 is rated 600V and CAT III approved, which covers distribution-level work such as panelboards, feeders and branch circuits inside a building, so a 480V three-phase panel is within its rating.
