Installation & Operation

2. Use manufacturer-provided templates to mark mounting hole locations accurately on door frame and floor surfaces for top and bottom brackets.
3. Prepare frame and floor by drilling required holes per manufacturer specifications, using appropriate masonry anchors for bottom bracket installation.
4. Install top bracket using provided 5/16" - 18 fasteners and bottom bracket with 5/16" - 18 FHMS and masonry anchors per manufacturer torque specifications.
5. Install shim kits as needed using provided 1/2" and 5/8" spacers (top) and 3/32" shims (bottom) to ensure proper alignment and fit.
6. Test mullion removal and locking operation to verify proper function of the latching head mechanism and make final adjustments as needed. Refer to manufacturer documentation for complete installation details and troubleshooting.
