Installation & Operation

1. Verify rough opening dimensions and ensure adequate structural support for the 250 lb door weight capacity and frame assembly.
2. Install the pre-assembled header assembly by attaching the track header unit to rough framing at both ends per manufacturer specifications.
3. Position and secure the three pairs of wood split studs with wood inserts using nails or screws to the track header assembly.
4. Verify the heavy-duty V-groove aluminum track is properly aligned and level throughout the installation length.
