1) What wire size does the Sta-Kon RC155PT pin terminal accept?
The RC155PT takes 12 to 10 AWG conductors. The yellow nylon insulation is the color code that tells you that at a glance on the job, so if you're pulling 14 or 16 AWG you need a smaller barrel (blue covers the 16-14 range), not this one. Crimping 14 AWG into a 12-10 barrel gives you a loose joint that can back out of the terminal block.
2) Can I use a nylon insulated pin terminal on a 277 volt control circuit?
No. The RC155PT is rated 300 V, which covers 120 and 277 V nominal circuits, but it is not a 600 V terminal. For motor feeders and panel work above 300 V you need a 600 V rated lug instead.
3) Is the Sta-Kon RC155PT UL listed?

5) Are these pin terminals copper or aluminum?
The barrel is copper, so the RC155PT is for copper conductors only. Don't crimp it onto aluminum wire; that needs an AL/CU rated connector with the antioxidant compound. The nylon sleeve over the copper barrel gives you more abrasion and flex resistance than vinyl, which is why nylon is the usual pick for panel wiring that gets handled.
6) Do I need a special crimper for Sta-Kon 12-10 AWG insulated terminals?
Yes, these are a crimp-on connection, not solderless push-fit. Use an insulated-terminal crimp tool set to the yellow 12-10 AWG nest. The tool is sold separately.
