It's a software license, not hardware. The Integrator RMR license for Isonas Pure Access Cloud covers up to 100 tenants or 1200 access points, and it includes customer partitioning so each tenant's doors, users and credentials stay separated under one integrator account. Integrators managing access control as a recurring service for multiple client buildings are who this is sized for.
2) Does the Pure Access Cloud license include any reader controllers or door hardware?
No. This is a licensing purchase only, so readers, controllers and credentials are ordered separately. Pure Access is the administration platform for Isonas Pure IP access control hardware, so you still need the Pure IP reader controllers at each opening.
3) What happens to the doors if the internet connection to the cloud goes down?
Doors keep working. If the connection to AWS is lost, Isonas reader controllers fall back to local mode and continue making access decisions at the door.
