1) Do I have to specify handing when ordering the LCN 2016?
Yes, handing is a required selection. The 2016 is offered right hand or left hand, with right hand as the default. Concealed in-frame closers are handed because the track and arm geometry are built for one swing direction, so getting this wrong on the order means the unit will not install.
