The jacket is what makes it liquidtight, so it is the type used for equipment whips, pump and motor connections, rooftop HVAC and other damp or washdown areas where a plain flex would not seal. You still need liquidtight fittings with sealing rings at both ends for the assembly to stay watertight.
4) Does the Thomas & Betts LTMES07B-C coil include fittings?
No. It is 100 feet of 2 inch liquidtight flexible metal conduit only. Connectors, sealing rings, locknuts, straps and any bushings are ordered separately, and they need to be 2 inch liquidtight fittings rated for the location you are terminating into.

The LTMES07B-C jacket is black from the factory, which is what most commercial and industrial installs use for exposed motor and equipment whips. No painting needed to match adjacent black LFMC runs.
