It is 2 inch trade size liquidtight flexible metal conduit supplied in a 50 foot (15 m) coil. One coil is one continuous length, so plan runs and couplings around that 50 feet.

The LTFES07W-B is a bare 50 foot coil of 2 inch conduit only. Liquidtight connectors are ordered separately, and they have to be 2 inch liquidtight fittings rated for the same wet or washdown environment, one at each termination. Budget both ends of every run when you order.

Construction is a galvanized steel core with a PVC jacket, and the jacket is white. The steel core gives the run its mechanical protection and crush resistance while the PVC jacket keeps liquids out; the white jacket is the food-industry version, which plants specify so soil and residue show up on inspection.

Mechanically it is the same family of product, a galvanized steel core in a PVC jacket, but the white food-grade jacket is what processing and packaging plants call out where equipment gets washed down and the conduit has to be visibly clean. If you are running general industrial or outdoor circuits with no sanitation spec, standard gray liquidtight does the same job. If a food plant drawing calls for white, this is what it means.

That is what liquidtight flexible metal conduit is for. The flexible steel core lets you make the last few feet to a motor, pump, or conveyor drive without transmitting vibration into rigid pipe, and the jacket seals the run against washdown water and oils. At 2 inch trade size it will carry a sizeable feeder, so keep the bend radius generous when you pull the coil.
