2) Does the LPSC002ID fuse holder mount on standard 35mm DIN rail?

LPSC002ID is the two-pole holder in the POWR-SAFE indicating line, so it covers single-phase or two-wire circuits. For a three-phase branch you need the three-pole version of the same series; ordering two of these to make three poles leaves you an unused pole and extra rail length.
