Fasten the cover evenly so the gasket seats all the way around, and keep the threaded hubs made up tight, since the joints are part of the seal too.
4) Will the cover from this Unipak fit a plain LL75M body I already have on the wall?
Yes. The LL75MCG is the same LL75M body, just packaged with its cover and gasket, so the cover and gasket match a 3/4 inch Series 35 LL body already installed. If you are only replacing a damaged or missing cover, this gets you a matched cover and gasket set along with a spare body.
